but my soul disappeared deep in your big beautiful eyes,

but said "I have fallen in love with you- deeply, madly, passionately, hopelessly",

we're not the same!

You were consistently inconsistent,

but I envisioned a life with you,

we're not the same!

You didn't lock eyes with me when I sobbed for your love,

but a part of my soul crumbled into pieces when I saw those enchanting eyes cry for the first time,

we're not the same!

You never comprehended my subtle hints when I needed you,

but I woke up in the middle of the night to hear you drunk talk,

we're not the same!

You saw my naked body,

but I saw your naked soul,

we're not the same!

And lastly..

You let me go as if I never existed,

while I still carry a piece of you in my heart,
